1. Who we are
This website is operated by Clustorum LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: contact@clustorum.com.
2. What data we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on your request.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site secure and working.
This website has no account, no contact form, no newsletter sign-up and no checkout, so we do not collect data through them.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools. For that reason it does not show a cookie banner. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
4. Third-party services loaded by the site
To display the page, your browser loads some resources from third-party servers: fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), and style and icon scripts from cdn.tailwindcss.com and cdnjs.cloudflare.com. When your browser requests them, those providers receive technical information such as your IP address. They act under their own privacy policies.
5. Why we use data and on what basis
- To answer your messages: our legitimate interest in running our business, or taking steps at your request.
- To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
6. Purchases on marketplaces
If you buy a Pilaflexy product on Amazon or another marketplace, that marketplace collects and uses your data under its own privacy notice. We do not receive your payment card details.
7. How long we keep data
We keep emails only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal or accounting obligations, then delete them.
8. Sharing and transfers
We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and email (for example hosting and email providers), and where the law requires it. Some providers may be located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email contact@clustorum.com.
10. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
